[ONLY BOOK AFTER RECEIVING CONFIRMATION FROM CONSULTANT] 60-Minute Zoom Session included with Foundation, Elevate or Breakthrough Packages ✨ General Expiration Policy All purchased packages and sessions must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase. After this period, unused services will expire unless otherwise arranged. If you need to extend your session window due to extenuating circumstances, please contact us within the 90-day period to request a one-time extension.
Cancellation Policy
🌱 SESSION PACKAGES BOOKING POLICY Applies to: 🌱 Foundation Package ✨ Elevate Package 🔥 Breakthrough Package Essay Review Services Interview Prep Services ✅ Booking Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Intake forms and pre-submitted materials (e.g., essays) are due 24 hours before the session. Sessions are held via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. ❌ Cancellation Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once. No-shows without notice forfeit the session and payment. 🔁 Rescheduling One-time reschedule allowed per session with 24-hour notice. Rescheduled sessions must occur within 14 days of the original appointment. Additional reschedules may incur a $25 administrative fee. 🙏 Grace & Communication We understand that life happens.
