  • Appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking process.

  • Payment (if required) is due prior to the consultation or service delivery.

  • Missed or late appointments without notice may not be rescheduled or refunded unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that schedules can change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds or credits for missed appointments are offered at our discretion and based on timely notice.

While we strive to provide accurate, practical, and encouraging advice, we do not guarantee scholarship outcomes, college admissions, or financial aid awards. Outcomes depend on student effort, eligibility, competition, and external decision-makers.

All content shared through our website, sessions, handouts, and resources (including written guides, templates, and checklists) are the property of F.A.I.T.H. Scholarships Consulting and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
