Refund Policy

At F.A.I.T.H. Scholarships Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality scholarship coaching and consulting services that support student success. Because our services are time-based and often customized, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both clients and our team.

1. One-on-One Consultations

  • Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend, your payment is non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • You may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Packages and Multi-Session Services

  • If you purchase a service package and wish to cancel before services have begun, a full refund may be granted upon written request.

  • If the package is partially used, a pro-rated refund may be offered based on the number of completed sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • After 50% of the package is used, no refunds will be issued.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Webinars)

  • All sales of digital materials, including downloadable resources, webinar replays, and PDF guides, are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

4. Group Workshops or Webinars (Live)

  • If you register for a group event and cancel at least 48 hours before the event, you may receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • If you do not attend or cancel within 48 hours, no refund will be given, but credit may be applied on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies, illness, or unexpected hardship, please contact us directly at [Insert Business Email]. Refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at faithscholarshipsconsulting@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Date of purchase or session

  • Reason for the request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
