Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with F.A.I.T.H. Scholarships Consulting. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All physical orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information if available.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

3. Digital Products

Digital products such as downloads, e-books, or templates will be delivered via email link or account access immediately or within 24 hours of purchase.
If you have not received your download, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We currently do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses using USPS. Please ensure your address is accurate to avoid delays.

5. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

Contact us at [Insert Business Email] within 7 days of delivery.
We may ask for a photo of the damage and will work to resolve the issue quickly, either through a replacement or refund (as applicable).
Lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout are not our responsibility.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and interested in our products or services, please contact us directly to discuss options.
