❓Can I pause or cancel my retainer?
Yes! You may:

Pause your plan for up to 30 days once every 6 months (email request required).

Cancel your plan anytime with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
❓Do unused sessions roll over to the next month?
No. Sessions do not roll over. However, if you give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, we will gladly move your session to a later date within that same month.
❓Is there a refund if I don’t use my services that month?
No refunds are offered once the billing cycle begins. All services are prepaid and based on monthly availability. First-time clients may request a one-time exception at the consultant’s discretion.
❓How is payment handled?

All payments are set to auto-bill monthly via Credit, Debit, PayPal, Klarna or AfterPay.

You will receive a receipt and reminders before your billing date.
Services begin only after payment is received.

For Flex Plan and Elite clients, additional time is available at $150/hour (with approval). For others, book an On-Demand Hour at $175/hour.
